My name is Luke Stevenson, Founder and creator of the Norsk Recharge Programme. Over the last 20 years I have tried and tested hundreds of diet and fitness programmes and created the Recharge Nutrition and Exercise programme to help busy women in Richmond get fitter, stronger and live healthier lives.

What happens when it rains?

All will reach our goals in the sunshine or the rain, but in the very worst whether conditions where safety becomes a concern with will switch to a live online session. although I have only needed to do that once in 5 years of coaching.

How much is it?

There's a few different packages available depending on how much support you need, click the link and complete an application and I will give you a call to run through the options for you to see if you're suitable for our program.

I have never exercised before do I need to be fit to start?

Our programme is perfect for beginners all our exercise will be scaled for your needs and I will coach you very step of the way, you will also be surrounded by link mind women who all started where you are and will support each other every step of the way.

I have an injury do I have to wait to begin?

As with beginners our recharge programme is suitable and adaptable for any injury constraint, I will coach you every step to help you become pain free and reach your health and fitness goals.
